About the Role

The company is seeking a Project Leader & Consultant to manage and deliver Odoo implementations using agile methodologies. The role focuses on guiding customers through digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration of business software into operational workflows, and leading projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and support Odoo implementation projects using agile methods
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solution proposals based on user stories
  • Advise clients across the full Odoo process chain
  • Ensure seamless integration of Odoo into existing business workflows
  • Coordinate collaboration between customers, developers, and internal teams
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for stakeholders
  • Develop best practices and continuously optimize implementation processes
  • Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, scalably, and successfully

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong affinity for business software and digital processes
  • Experience planning, leading, and executing IT projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native-level German and English proficiency at C2 level
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Ability to quickly understand new industries and business models
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 20%)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agile project methodologies
  • French language skills
  • Experience working with Odoo
