About the Role

The Odoo Developer joins a growing Luxembourg team and contributes to building robust, scalable solutions that bridge Odoo with enterprise ecosystems. This role focuses on developing smart Odoo modules, building .NET APIs, and delivering seamless integrations with Microsoft technologies and other business platforms. The position involves close collaboration with consultants, architects, and developers to translate functional requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo modules (Python, XML, QWeb)
• Build APIs and applications using C# and .NET Core
• Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services, ERP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems
• Translate functional specifications into scalable technical architectures
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from design to deployment
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development peers
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical best practices

Required Skills

• Professional experience in software development with Odoo and/or .NET
• Strong skills in Python, C#/.NET Core, and API development
• Solid understanding of integration concepts (REST, SOAP, message queues)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Professional proficiency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Odoo with Microsoft ecosystems (Azure, Microsoft 365)
• Exposure to enterprise-level architecture and cloud environments
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
