About the Role
The Junior-Middle Python Odoo Developer works on real-world ERP systems used in active production environments. This role involves close collaboration with experienced developers and functional consultants to design, build, and improve Odoo-based business solutions. It is an ideal opportunity for someone at an early or mid-stage career level who wants hands-on experience with business-critical systems while strengthening Python and ERP development skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clean, structured Python code within the Odoo framework
- Implement and support Odoo modules, database logic, and user interfaces
- Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of existing functionality
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with functional consultants
- Contribute to scalable and maintainable ERP architectures
Required Skills
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of Python (commercial experience, academic projects, or advanced coursework)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
