About the Role

The Business Analyst / Odoo Consultant plays a central role in both client digital transformation projects and the internal development of the startup.

This position combines business analysis, ERP consulting, and active participation in startup growth initiatives. The role involves understanding client processes, translating business needs into practical Odoo solutions, and contributing to internal product and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes including accounting, sales, invoicing, inventory, and CRM
  • Translate business requirements into concrete Odoo-based solutions
  • Configure, test, and optimize Odoo modules
  • Prepare clear and structured functional specifications
  • Deliver user training sessions in a clear and accessible manner
  • Monitor project progress and recommend continuous improvements

Startup Involvement

In addition to client assignments, the role may include participation in:

  • Automation projects and AI agent initiatives
  • Marketing strategy and business development activities
  • Internal process optimization
  • Development and enhancement of the fintech application

This role offers active involvement in the company’s growth rather than a purely advisory position.

Requirements

  • Academic background in business, finance, accounting, management, or a related field
  • Understanding of ERP fundamentals and accounting logic
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Comfort working with digital tools
  • Curious, motivated, and proactive mindset
