About the Role
The ERP Consultant / Odoo Project Manager is responsible for managing client projects, supporting existing and new customers, and ensuring smooth ERP operations. The role involves coordinating tasks, specifying requirements, providing 2nd-level support, and maintaining regular communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP and Odoo projects
- Prepare offers for SCRIMO apps
- Serve as the first contact for new client requirements
- Provide 2nd-level support and follow up on open issues
- Specify and coordinate new requirements
- Maintain regular contact with clients
- Prioritize open tasks and manage project timelines
- Review time tracking and ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update helpdesk tasks
- Respond to ERP inbox requests and set due dates
Requirements
