About the Role
Digital Lemon Talent is seeking an ERP Consultant with strong expertise in Odoo Online to support the transition from Pipedrive and QuickBooks to the new platform. The consultant will assist with system setup, employee training, process implementation, and deployment support.
The project is expected to begin ASAP, with an initial deadline scheduled for the end of July. Ongoing support and training will also be required after the system rollout.
The role focuses primarily on consultation and implementation within the Odoo Online environment rather than heavy development work.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support the implementation of Odoo Online
- Assist with the migration process from Pipedrive and QuickBooks
- Understand existing business workflows and help establish improved processes within Odoo
- Support deployment based on the company’s project management structure and operational requirements
- Deliver in-person consultation and training sessions where possible
- Create training materials and documentation for employees
- Provide ongoing post-launch support to resolve user issues and system-related concerns
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation solutions where applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Odoo Online
- At least 1 year of experience with Odoo
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation and business process optimization
- Experience training employees on platform usage
- Ability to create clear training documentation
- Experience supporting software migrations
- Ability to commute to the company’s location in Shoreditch, London preferred
- Strong communication and consulting skills
