About the Role
A Senior ERP Consultant role is available for professionals experienced in ERP system implementation and business process transformation. The position focuses on delivering end-to-end ERP projects using Odoo for SME clients across Austria.
The role involves both strategic consulting and hands-on project execution, including process analysis, solution design, implementation, and user enablement. Strong business understanding and leadership in client interactions are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and design tailored ERP architectures
- Develop customized Odoo system landscapes for SME clients
- Provide strategic consulting and guide clients through digital transformation
- Lead full ERP implementation projects from analysis to go-live
- Identify process optimization opportunities across business functions
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Develop and improve internal best practices
- Act as the main point of contact throughout project delivery
- Translate complex business requirements into practical ERP solutions
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ERP implementation projects (e.g. Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including finance, logistics, production, and sales
- Experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises
- Ability to manage and lead full project lifecycles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics in a clear way
- Leadership mindset and ability to guide stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Experience in process analysis and solution design
