About the Role
BIRTUM is looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join its growing team in Barcelona, Spain. The role focuses on managing Odoo ERP implementation projects while supporting clients through consulting, configuration, process optimization, and functional assistance.
The position follows a hybrid work model with one remote workday per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage Odoo implementation projects while ensuring timelines and budgets are respected
- Document all project phases and support successful project completion
- Participate in business consulting activities, requirement gathering, advanced configurations, data migration, and client training
- Design solutions and validate testing processes for specialized ERP developments
- Provide functional accounting and administrative consulting related to Odoo
- Support clients in optimizing internal business processes
- Plan and coordinate project activities across different client functional areas
- Deliver first-level functional support to clients from multiple industries
- Resolve issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
