About the Role
The company is seeking an Odoo-OpenERP Implementation Consultant with experience in ERP implementation projects. The role involves participating in consulting activities, project coordination, technical analysis, application deployment, and client support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The position is suited to candidates with strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and an interest in developing a long-term career in ERP consulting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project evaluation and pre-sales activities together with the commercial department
- Assist in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of applications
- Support knowledge transfer related to methodologies, infrastructure, and advanced technologies
- Manage technical projects, including resources, schedules, and costs
- Contribute to product design activities
- Maintain client relationships and provide consulting support
- Collaborate with the sales department on project development
- Advise clients on technology integration and system-related solutions
- Participate in evaluating and selecting suitable technological solutions
- Develop evaluation prototypes when required
- Provide technological leadership within development teams
- Perform functional testing and prepare software documentation and functional specifications
- Define implementation requirements and configure applications
- Train end users on application usage
- Execute data migration processes
- Monitor implementation methodologies and project progress
- Support implementation, testing, and documentation of developments and interfaces
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation consulting environments
- Experience working on ERP implementation projects within teams
- Knowledge of Odoo, ERP systems, Python, SQL, and business process management
- Understanding of processes related to purchasing, sales, warehouses, invoicing, projects, CRM, and accounting
- Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Driving license and own vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Organizational Engineering, or related fields
- Experience integrating production systems
- Knowledge of database management and programming languages
- High level of English
- Experience with Odoo/OpenERP environments
