About the Role
Pixora s.r.l. is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst responsible for acting as a key interface between client stakeholders and internal teams. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing functional ERP solutions to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
The position is oriented toward ERP/CRM environments, including platforms such as Odoo and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business operations to map processes and identify suitable ERP configurations
- Gather and document functional requirements from stakeholders
- Design and propose tailored functional solutions based on client needs
- Prepare functional analysis documentation for project delivery
- Plan and organize consulting service activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements
- Support the delivery of ERP implementation projects
- Manage multiple workflows and projects simultaneously
- Contribute to improving client business processes through ERP solutions
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a functional analyst or business analyst
- Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems such as Odoo and Salesforce
- Good understanding of sales and administrative business processes
- Experience in project management and client relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications or training in Odoo, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems
- Strong solution-oriented mindset with analytical thinking
