About the Role
An experienced Odoo Functional Consultant is sought to join a growing team in a hybrid or remote UK-based position. The role involves delivering ERP implementation and optimisation projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure effective system delivery aligned with business needs.
The position is permanent, with an annual salary range of £45,000 to £50,000, and an immediate or flexible start date.
Responsibilities
- Deliver functional consulting services across Odoo implementation and optimisation projects
- Gather and analyse client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customise Odoo modules according to operational needs
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, stakeholder meetings, and user training sessions
- Support clients during testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases
- Collaborate with technical and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide guidance on best practices, process improvement, and ERP adoption
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
- Strong background in functional consulting within Odoo ERP environments
- Experience delivering ERP implementation projects across the full lifecycle
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
- Ability to gather requirements and interpret broader business needs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Odoo certification is highly desirable
- Experience working within an Odoo Partner or ERP consultancy environment
- Experience delivering workshops and user training sessions
- Understanding of ERP best practices and change management processes
