About the Role
The company is looking for an Odoo Programmer to join its technical team. The role focuses on the development and customisation of Odoo-based solutions and the implementation of digitalisation projects for clients.
The position involves working in an experienced team that supports end-to-end development and encourages adherence to best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customise Odoo modules based on project requirements
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Integrate Odoo with external systems and APIs
- Ensure code quality through testing and validation
- Analyse and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability
- Document development work for future maintenance and support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing solutions
- Work closely with developers, consultants, and project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Development, or similar field
- Experience in software development, preferably in Python
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, and development tools such as PyCharm or VS Code
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn continuously
Nice to Have
- Prior experience developing on the Odoo platform
- Experience using AI tools in software development
- Experience integrating AI APIs
- Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and strong English skills
