About the Role
The Senior Odoo Developer role involves working on a client mission in Luxembourg, focusing on the analysis, configuration, design, and development of Odoo-based solutions. The position includes testing and validating solutions with end users and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address complex business challenges through ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical Odoo solutions
- Configure and develop Odoo modules based on client needs
- Design and implement customized ERP functionalities within Odoo
- Conduct user acceptance testing and solution validation with end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and technical problems
- Optimize business processes through Odoo-based digital solutions
- Support end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations
Requirements
- Strong experience in Odoo development and customization
- Proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript for Odoo module development
- Solid experience with ERP systems and business process optimization
- Experience with Odoo.sh
- Ability to analyze client requirements and design appropriate solutions
- Experience with PostgreSQL is an advantage
- Knowledge of API integration is an advantage
- Experience in debugging and software testing is an advantage
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
