About the Role
The position is for a Senior Odoo Developer with a strong background in software architecture and DevOps. The role involves designing and developing ERP modules, improving system performance, and translating business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
The role also includes research and development activities aimed at optimizing business logic and internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modules for Odoo ERP systems.
- Participate in research and development focused on business logic and process optimization tools.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve system scalability and performance.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience in Python.
- Expert-level experience in DevOps within an ERP ecosystem.
- Expert-level experience in Git and source control.
- Strong understanding of business management principles and procedures.
- High-level knowledge of JavaScript.
Nice to Have
- Senior-level experience with Odoo ERP development.
- Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in programming business logic, with the ability to present and explain previous work in detail.
- Alternatively, 8+ years of relevant experience in business logic development without a formal degree, with the ability to provide and explain recent project experience.
