About the Role
A QA Specialist for Odoo ERP is sought to support the quality, stability, and performance of the organization’s Odoo environment. The role focuses on testing ERP functionality, identifying issues, validating system changes, and working closely with technical and business teams to ensure a reliable user experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scripts for Odoo modules, including Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
- Validate system configurations, custom developments, and third-party integrations.
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects while collaborating with developers and consultants on issue resolution.
- Verify the accuracy of data migration processes.
- Test and validate workflows and business processes across ERP modules.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably within ERP environments.
- Experience working with ERP testing, API testing, and data validation.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Familiarity with the Odoo testing framework is considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and work within cross-functional teams.
