About the Role
An Odoo Analyst Programmer is required to join the organization. The role involves contributing to the development and evolution of the company’s Odoo environment by analyzing business processes, building custom solutions, and supporting key operational areas such as Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales. The position includes close collaboration with business users and participation in system improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional requirements and propose solutions within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules.
- Configure and optimize Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules.
- Implement integrations with external applications using APIs and connectors.
- Participate in implementation, migration, and version upgrade projects.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with key users to identify improvement opportunities.
- Resolve incidents and provide technical and functional support.
- Ensure code quality through best development practices and testing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Odoo.
- Proven experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, or preferably 18.
- Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules.
- Experience in customizing models, views, workflows, reports, and security.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes.
- Experience working directly with business users.
- Ability to manage projects autonomously.
- Preference for candidates based in Catalonia.
