About the Role
An Odoo Developer / ERP Consultant is sought to support customer projects involving Odoo ERP solutions. The role includes developing custom functionality, implementing integrations, performing system migrations, and maintaining Odoo environments. The position also involves working directly with customers during implementation and configuration activities.
Responsibilities
- Implement customer requirements in Odoo projects.
- Develop integrations, data migrations, and process automation solutions.
- Install, test, migrate, and maintain Odoo systems.
- Identify and resolve process and application issues within ERP environments.
- Provide customer support during system installation and configuration, both remotely and on-site.
- Prepare and maintain code and project documentation.
Requirements
- Valid work authorization for Germany.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo development using Python, OWL/JavaScript, and XML.
- Experience working with Odoo ERP modules, including Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Purchasing, and Sales.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data migrations and the Odoo API, including JSON-RPC and XML-RPC.
- Ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
