About the Company

Novobi is a consulting and technology services company specializing in ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Odoo solutions. The company supports clients through complex business transformation projects, working closely across consulting, sales, and delivery functions to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.

About the Role

Novobi is seeking a Senior Account Executive (Client Partner) based in the US, with flexibility in location and preference for Austin. The role is focused on managing the full commercial lifecycle of Odoo ERP engagements, combining consultative sales, client advisory, and engagement design responsibilities. It is a senior, quota-carrying position focused on driving revenue growth through complex, high-value deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own a quota-carrying revenue target across new and existing clients with uncapped commission potential.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of Odoo ERP opportunities aligned with target industries.
  • Lead opportunities from qualification through to contract execution, ensuring forecast accuracy.
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and understand business objectives and constraints.
  • Lead early-stage discovery to define problems, success criteria, and transformation priorities.
  • Design engagement structures balancing client value, delivery feasibility, and commercial viability.
  • Align scope, outcomes, and responsibilities prior to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and repeatability.
  • Translate technical input into clear client-facing proposals and narratives.
  • Ensure alignment between client goals and proposed solutions without overcommitting during sales.
  • Own “what is being sold” while Delivery owns “how it is delivered.”
  • Lead proposal strategy, pricing, structuring, and commercial negotiations.
  • Present proposals to client stakeholders with support from Delivery teams when needed.
  • Ensure all deals meet commercial, delivery, and risk requirements before closing.
  • Maintain client relationships through design and implementation phases.
  • Ensure structured handover to Delivery with full documentation and context.
  • Act as executive sponsor during implementation to support delivery success and account growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ERP consulting or professional services with strong client-facing responsibilities (typically 7+ years), or strong direct sales experience in ERP, system integration, or implementation environments.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, preferably within ERP or complex system implementations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with delivery feasibility.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and shaping structure where needed.
