About the Role

Digiduu is looking for a Junior Odoo Specialist to support the configuration, testing, and adoption of the Odoo platform. The role is focused on learning business processes, assisting project activities, and developing functional ERP skills. The specialist will work alongside the project team during requirements gathering, system configuration, functional testing, user support, and post-go-live activities.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Odoo modules based on requirements and shared guidelines.
  • Perform functional tests and verify the consistency of configured processes.
  • Support requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation.
  • Prepare software demonstrations, user manuals, and operational materials.
  • Assist clients during training and system startup activities.
  • Identify issues, functional limitations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Project Leaders and Developers to align solutions with priorities.
  • Support post-go-live activities and user adoption.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Odoo or strong ability and willingness to learn application systems.
  • Understanding of main business processes.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and digital work tools.
  • Ability to perform testing and create structured documentation.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, quick learning ability, and willingness to collaborate.
  • Ability to communicate issues and questions clearly.
