About the Role
Scalizer is looking for a Support Consultant to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of deployed Odoo solutions. The role focuses on assisting clients with functional and technical challenges, supporting Odoo adoption, and transforming business requirements into effective software solutions. The position requires a customer-focused mindset, analytical thinking, and interest in solving operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Qualify, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues related to Odoo solutions.
- Support users in adopting Odoo and provide guidance on best practices.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Create and maintain internal knowledge documentation and user guides.
- Monitor activities and provide transparent reporting during client follow-up meetings.
- Translate business requirements into software improvements, including imports, exports, automated actions, and module configuration.
- Ensure proper testing processes before production deployments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs from areas such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM into Odoo processes.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to understand the impact of system issues on business operations.
