About the Role

DYPE® is looking for an IT Developer specializing in Python, SQL, and API technologies. The role focuses on developing internal tools, creating integrations, working with databases, and improving IT systems through automation and technology solutions. The position is suitable for a developer who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and contributing to projects that combine software development and business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop internal tools and features for the company’s internal application (DAPP).
  • Develop connectors and integrations, including communication with clients and estimation of development requirements.
  • Work with internal databases using SQL and Python.
  • Analyze and resolve issues within IT systems.
  • Work with data and maintain regular communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support automation of business processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience or education in the IT field.
  • Knowledge of Python at a junior+ or mid-level.
  • Experience with Git, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD processes, module testing, and upgrade compatibility.
  • Knowledge of Docker, including docker-compose, environment isolation, and simple deployments.
  • Knowledge of SQL, preferably with MySQL or MariaDB databases.
  • Knowledge of REST API technologies.
  • Ability to think about process automation.
  • Teamwork skills, creativity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with cloud security and Azure administration.
  • Experience with system integration.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Abra or Odoo.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, business economics, and basic accounting concepts.
