About the Role
Zero is looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to support finance operations and contribute to delivering ERP-based financial services to clients. The role is suitable for a motivated professional who wants to develop finance and accounting skills while gaining practical experience with Odoo ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic accounting activities, including invoices, payments, and bookkeeping.
- Support monthly financial reconciliations and closing processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including cash flow and profit and loss summaries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with fiscalization and compliance-related activities.
- Support finance operations using ERP tools such as Odoo.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, especially new software tools such as Odoo.
Nice to Have
- Basic experience with accounting or ERP systems.
- Understanding of Albanian tax and fiscal regulations.
- Familiarity with data handling, including CSV files and Excel imports.
- Interest in developing a career in ERP and technology-focused finance.
