About the Role
Arrobabit is seeking an ERP Specialist to analyze business processes, implement ERP solutions, and support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role involves configuring ERP systems, providing functional and technical support, and helping customers successfully adopt ERP platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes.
- Implement and configure ERP systems, including Sage, Cegid, PHC, Odoo, or similar platforms.
- Provide functional and technical support to customers.
- Deliver user training and post-implementation support.
- Translate business requirements into ERP solutions that support business operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems such as Sage, Cegid Primavera, PHC, Odoo, or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL Server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work 100% on-site.
