About the Role
Kaiser Digital is seeking a Consultant AI & Odoo to support clients with digital transformation and business application projects.
The consultant will combine business knowledge with digital expertise to evaluate operational challenges and translate them into practical solutions based on artificial intelligence and Odoo.
The role involves advising clients, preparing digitalization concepts, coordinating project participants, and presenting solutions to decision-makers. The position is based in Graz and offers flexible remote and office-based work.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for prospective and existing clients.
- Analyze business challenges and translate them into digital solutions.
- Focus on solutions involving artificial intelligence and Odoo.
- Evaluate business processes, organizational structures, and automation opportunities.
- Prepare, structure, and present solution proposals.
- Support clients during proposal and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate collaboration between clients, internal specialists, and other project participants.
- Work closely with sales teams and subject matter experts.
- Support clients throughout their digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s AI and Odoo solution portfolio.
- Participate in digitalization and IT projects from concept development through implementation planning.
- Present practical and achievable solutions to client decision-makers.
Requirements
- Completed university degree or comparable professional qualification.
- A background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or business applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes, value creation, and organizational structures.
- Experience contributing to or managing IT and digitalization projects.
- Strong commitment and ability to support client decision-making.
- Empathetic and professional approach when working with clients and colleagues.
- Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good German language skills.
- Good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and automation opportunities.
- Experience with Odoo or comparable ERP or CRM software.
- Confidence presenting and communicating with business decision-makers.
