About the Role
The company is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant & Business Analyst to join its team in Nicosia.
The consultant will support ERP implementation projects, analyse business requirements, prepare functional documentation, and help clients improve their operations through the effective use of ERP systems.
The position is open to candidates at junior, associate, and senior levels, depending on their experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of Priority ERP and gradually contribute to ERP implementation and support projects.
- Analyse client business processes.
- Document current processes, requirements, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in workshops and meetings with client users, managers, and internal project teams.
- Map client requirements to ERP functionality.
- Identify where configuration, reporting, workflows, or custom development may be required.
- Prepare meeting notes, process documentation, requirements documents, test scenarios, user instructions, and functional specifications.
- Support ERP configuration and client-specific system setup under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Collaborate with consultants, software developers, and Project Managers.
- Follow up on requirements, specifications, development work, testing, and delivery.
- Support data preparation and data migration activities.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with go-live preparation.
- Provide user training and practical guidance.
- Help clients use the ERP system effectively.
- Provide first-level functional support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical teams.
- Test delivered functionality against agreed requirements.
- Help improve internal tools, templates, documentation standards, and implementation processes.
- Participate in client demonstrations, presentations, and proposal preparation depending on experience.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in ERP systems, business software, digital transformation, and business processes.
- Understanding of processes related to finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, logistics, projects, or operations.
- Ability to analyse business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and practical system requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP implementation, ERP support, business analysis, accounting, finance, operations, or software systems.
- Experience with Priority ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Oracle, Infor, or a similar ERP platform.
- Accounting knowledge or a relevant accounting qualification.
- Experience working as an ERP key user, super-user, or internal system owner.
- Understanding of databases, SQL, reporting tools, data migration, or software development concepts.
- Experience preparing specifications, process documentation, test scripts, user manuals, or training materials.
- Knowledge of Dutch, French, German, or Italian.
