About the Role
The company is seeking an Odoo Developer to further develop and scale its internal ERP environment.
The developer will create custom Odoo modules, build integrations, automate workflows, and support the company’s expansion from cosmetics production into food and supplement manufacturing.
The role involves close collaboration with internal departments to understand business processes and translate them into practical Odoo solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom Odoo modules.
- Adapt Odoo functionality to internal business requirements.
- Design and implement APIs and integrations with external tools.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify bottlenecks.
- Automate and digitalize operational processes in Odoo.
- Support the technical expansion from cosmetics production into food and supplement manufacturing.
- Model new production processes within Odoo.
- Work closely with Customer Support, Quality Management, Product Development, Production, and Logistics teams.
- Improve processes within Inventory, Logistics, CRM, Helpdesk, Accounting, and Production.
- Contribute to the development of scalable IT and process structures.
- Test new functionality and customizations.
- Maintain clean and reliable code.
- Document technical changes and Odoo customizations.
- Help ensure that the ERP platform can support continued company growth.
Requirements
- Very good Python development skills.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
- Knowledge of XML.
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL.
- Professional experience with the Odoo framework.
- Strong understanding of business processes.
- Ability to communicate with internal departments and analyze their operational requirements.
- In-depth experience with Odoo Inventory and Logistics modules.
- In-depth experience with Odoo Invoicing and Accounting modules.
- Ability to develop custom Odoo modules.
- Experience designing integrations and APIs.
- Strong focus on software quality and documentation.

- Experience with Odoo Manufacturing.
- Experience with Odoo Helpdesk.
- Experience with Odoo CRM.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
