Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Knoxville, TN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects; finance-related processes preferred
  • Strong project management expertise: planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, executive communication
  • Ability to understand business processes and facilitate discussions between technical and business teams
  • Experience working with implementation partners using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, executive presence, and influence across stakeholders
  • PMP certification or equivalent project leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams
  • Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) and Smartsheet
