About the Role
A Full Stack Developer is sought to support the ongoing automation of internal business processes. The position focuses on contributing to the development of key systems, including smart ordering and menu prediction solutions, while helping drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the company’s core software systems.
- Build and enhance modern software solutions that improve operational efficiency, optimize services, and support meal planning processes.
- Collaborate with a small team working across Vienna and Linz.
- Participate in the design and implementation of systems that support business growth and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software development.
- Strong technical background with experience across multiple technologies.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of, or interest in, machine learning techniques for predictive modeling.
- Experience with API development and data-driven systems.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, MySQL, or data science frameworks is considered an advantage.
- Experience with Odoo is beneficial but not required.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills.
- German language skills are considered a plus.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from initial concept through release.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and creative approach to process improvement.
