About the Role

You will act as the key interface between our clients’ business needs and the Odoo solutions to be deployed. Your task will be to transform complex requirements into tangible solutions to maximize value and ensure smooth adoption.

Responsibilities

Understanding & Design:
- Gather business needs and map processes.
- Design simple, effective workflows.
- Translate these into clear functional specifications for developers.
Documentation & Validation:
- Test, validate, and ensure each Odoo solution meets initial expectations.
Support & Guidance:
- Drive change by training users, explaining the impact on their daily work, and ensuring successful adoption.
- Provide regular follow-up, anticipate future needs, and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Odoo or ERP environments.
Expertise in Finance or e-Commerce with a strong understanding of business workflows.
Comfortable facilitating workshops and communicating with various stakeholders (business users, developers, managers).
Fluent in French, with professional English being an advantage.
