About the Role

The Business Analyst (Odoo) position focuses on analyzing client processes, translating them into efficient workflows within Odoo, and managing projects from start to finish. This hybrid role combines business analysis and project management responsibilities, ensuring successful digital transformation for each client. Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand client business processes in depth and map them to the Odoo environment.
• Lead clients through the implementation process, helping them optimize efficiency and business growth.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from initial requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Odoo solutions aligned with client needs.
• Provide continuous guidance and training to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in business analysis, ERP, or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented thinking.
• Fluency in Dutch; proficiency in English or French is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Odoo ERP implementations or business process optimization projects.
• Knowledge of finance, logistics, or project management workflows.
• Understanding of digital transformation challenges within SMEs.
