About the Role
CLEAR Systems is seeking an Odoo Business Consultant to help clients improve their business processes and make effective use of Odoo software.
The consultant will analyze business processes, implement ERP solutions, and work closely with clients. The role covers Odoo applications related to finance, CRM, commercial operations, wholesale, assembly, websites, and other business areas.
The company welcomes both ERP consultants with Odoo experience and junior candidates or graduates who are interested in developing a career in ERP consulting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze clients’ business requirements and operational processes.
- Implement Odoo software solutions.
- Work closely with clients throughout implementation projects.
- Help clients use Odoo applications effectively.
- Support Odoo solutions for finance, CRM, commercial operations, wholesale, assembly, websites, and other business functions.
- Provide personalized training based on client requirements and processes.
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding Odoo management solutions.
- Manage between five and ten projects simultaneously across different industries.
- Learn about different companies, business processes, and operational challenges.
- Take on greater independence and responsibility as experience develops.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues and other team members.
Requirements
- Experience as an ERP consultant with some knowledge of Odoo, or an interest in starting a career in ERP consulting.
- Ability to analyze business processes.
- Interest in ERP systems, consultancy, and technology.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to work closely with clients.
- Interest in helping organizations improve their processes.
- Willingness to learn about business processes, software, and project management.
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Motivation to take on responsibility and develop professionally.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
