About the Role
The Business Developer will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, promoting ERP solutions, and driving business growth in Wallonia and Brussels.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive ERP solutions to business clients (independents, SMEs)
- Acquire new B2B clients through field prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
- Schedule meetings with prospects independently
- Quickly demonstrate the added value of the company’s offerings to potential clients
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation for challenges
- Natural sales personality with a hunter mentality
- Proven expertise in prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent negotiation skills, persistence, and autonomy
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Interest in new technologies and technical aspects of IT solutions
- Ability to integrate easily into a young, dynamic, and success-driven team
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent professional experience in B2B sales
