About the Role
An experienced ERP Consultant and Project Manager is sought for full-time implementation projects of Odoo. The role involves working with different clients, analyzing business processes, and translating operational needs into structured ERP solutions.
The position does not require prior knowledge of Odoo, as full training is provided. The key expectation is the ability to understand client needs, identify inefficiencies, and design effective solutions within ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle ERP implementation projects using Odoo
- Communicate with clients and gather business requirements
- Analyze processes and identify functional gaps (GAP analysis)
- Design functional specifications and process structures, including access rights setup
- Propose and configure ERP-based solutions to improve business workflows
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and delivery schedules
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Explain system functionality and underlying business logic to end users
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- University or secondary education in IT, management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or ERP-related position
- English language level B2 or higher for documentation and system work
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different project environments
- Experience in requirement gathering and process analysis
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients
- Experience in training users and explaining system processes
