About the Role
Aleysia is seeking an Odoo Consultant to support clients with ERP integration and business process improvement projects.
The consultant will gather and analyze business requirements, configure Odoo modules, prepare functional documentation, support deployments, and help users adopt the ERP system.
The position is a permanent role based in Saint-Étienne or Lyon and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Recommend suitable Odoo solutions based on operational needs.
- Lead functional workshops with users and other stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications.
- Support technical teams during solution implementation.
- Configure Odoo modules and functionality.
- Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing.
- Support the deployment of new features.
- Assist users with change management and ERP adoption.
- Prepare and deliver user training.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
- Propose improvements to Odoo solutions and workflows.
- Track system issues and requested changes.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and implementation partners.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional ERP Consultant, or Odoo Consultant.
- Knowledge of major Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.
- Strong ability to analyze and understand business processes.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work directly with users.
- Ability to explain systems and processes clearly.
- Independent and organized working style.
- Strong teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL.
