About the Role
The Junior Odoo Consultant / Business Analyst will support clients in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring clients achieve their goals. The position is suitable for candidates with around two years of professional experience, and career changers with relevant expertise are also welcome.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions
- Analyze business processes and develop solutions tailored to client needs
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client knowledge and empower teams
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement specific requirements in Odoo
- Participate in troubleshooting and optimizing existing Odoo systems to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Initial consulting experience, preferably in ERP; career changers with relevant experience are welcome
- Very good German language skills (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and highly motivated
