About the Role
The position is for an ERP Functional Analyst within a fast-growing software house supporting SMEs in Northern Italy. The role focuses on managing Odoo implementation projects, coordinating all phases from initial planning to go-live, and ensuring clients gain full autonomy in using the system.
The Functional Analyst serves as the bridge between clients and technical teams, mapping business processes to Odoo functionalities, coordinating technical activities, and providing user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Odoo implementation projects for SMEs, coordinating all stages from planning to go-live
- Gather and document client requirements, analyzing business processes and specific needs
- Map client business processes to Odoo functionalities and define necessary configurations or customizations
- Coordinate technical teams to ensure effective and timely implementation
- Conduct end-user training to ensure full system adoption and operational autonomy
Requirements
- Degree in technical, economic, or management disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP consulting or implementation
- Strong skills in process analysis, process mapping, and project management
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Previous experience with Odoo is preferred but not mandatory
