About the Role
A Business Analyst / Functional Consultant is sought to support Odoo-related projects within the organization. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, translating requirements into functional solutions, and supporting the implementation and adoption of Odoo-based systems for clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver Odoo demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Organize and lead workshops to define project scope and ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Write functional specifications and requirement documentation.
- Configure Odoo modules based on defined functional designs.
- Contribute to the definition and preparation of user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Train end users and prepare documentation to support system adoption.
- Support clients during implementation and assist with solution adoption.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, ideally in a service company.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose practical and creative solutions.
- Good understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into functional solutions.
- Experience with Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Project, Accounting, and Payroll is considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English; German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within French-speaking Switzerland.
