About the Role
The position of Business Analyst / ERP Odoo Project Manager is fully remote and centered on guiding clients through complete Odoo implementations—from initial discovery to long-term optimization. The role requires strong analytical skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions. Candidates residing in the USA are eligible. Salaried roles with benefits are available for residents of Florida and New York, while contractors may apply from other states. Occasional on-site customer visits may be scheduled depending on project needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead clients through all phases of Odoo ERP projects: discovery, planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze business processes and assess client needs in detail.
- Estimate resources and effort for project tasks.
- Develop functional specifications for the development team.
- Deliver tailored training sessions and provide ongoing user support.
- Conduct on-site workshops or training when required.
- Ensure efficient adoption and continuous improvement of implemented processes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of Odoo experience (implementation or advanced user level).
- Fluent command of English, spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
- Interest in working within a small or midsize, fast-paced organization.
- Comfortable taking initiative, learning quickly, and solving complex challenges.
- Strong communication abilities, integrity, and team-oriented behavior.
- Excellent written documentation and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- More than 2 years of experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Background in IT project management.
- Understanding of accounting foundations.
- Additional languages such as Spanish or French.
