About the Role
The Finance Consultant Odoo will support businesses in improving their financial and administrative processes using Odoo solutions. The role involves translating accounting and administrative needs into practical ERP solutions. Work will be split between on-site client engagements and remote or office-based collaboration with the internal team.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize financial modules in Odoo
- Advise, train, and support users in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting
- Identify process improvements and suggest smart ERP solutions
- Coordinate between finance, administration, and related business processes
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, administration, or an ERP-related role
- Experience with or knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo is a plus but not required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and assume responsibility
