About the Role

The position of Full-Stack ERP Consultant for Process Advisory & Odoo Implementation is designed for an individual who brings a combined understanding of people, processes, and technology. The consultant serves as the single point of contact for client projects, managing advisory work, project execution, and budget ownership.
The role involves guiding organizations through their ERP journey—from early discovery and solution design to go-live, training, and continuous optimization—while collaborating with developers and AI tools to expand Odoo functionality where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as the main contact for long-term client relationships, providing proactive business partnership.
  • Engage deeply with operational processes to identify root causes, gather requirements, and design solutions.
  • Translate complex needs into scalable workflows and realistic process improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to create custom enhancements when standard functionality is insufficient.
  • Support teams through structured change-management, training, and capability building.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, prioritization, and execution efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business process improvement or management consulting.
  • Background in IT-focused project or product management.
  • Skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, customer success, or account management.
  • Experience implementing and/or operating business software such as ERP, CRM, or WMS systems.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more operational domains such as sales, procurement, logistics, services, or finance.
  • Industry knowledge in e-commerce or B2B professional services.
