About the Role

The Functional Consultant (Odoo) will play a vital role in analyzing, implementing, and optimizing business processes using Odoo ERP. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the consultancy practice from the ground up as the company’s first full-time consultant. The ideal candidate enjoys working with systems, solving real business challenges, and collaborating closely with clients and developers to deliver efficient, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.
• Guide clients from the initial intake phase to successful implementation and go-live.
• Combine consultancy with account management by identifying opportunities and building strong relationships.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and conduct workflow testing and documentation.
• Train users and ensure they can confidently work with Odoo systems.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to align technical and functional requirements.

• Ability to bridge the gap between technical concepts and practical business needs.
