About the Role

Diginav is looking for a Junior Functional Odoo Consultant to assist clients in adopting and using Odoo effectively. This role provides hands-on experience in ERP consulting, combining client interaction, training, and system configuration. It is ideal for individuals eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide clients in using Odoo for their business processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for functional questions and day-to-day support.
• Configure Odoo to align with clients’ workflows and requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions in a dynamic and flexible environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client processes and system usage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work well in a small, collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Basic understanding of business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Interest in developing both functional and technical Odoo skills.
