About the Role
The company is seeking a Junior Business Software Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for customers with first-line support questions related to Odoo.
The consultant will resolve customer questions and software issues when possible or refer more complex matters to senior consultants. The role also involves supporting Odoo implementation projects, assisting with customer training, and identifying potential commercial opportunities.
The position is based in Lier, Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer support questions related to Odoo.
- Investigate and resolve software questions and issues when possible.
- Escalate complex requests to senior consultants.
- Support senior consultants during software implementation projects.
- Assist with customer training depending on experience.
- Help customers understand and use Odoo effectively.
- Identify potential commercial opportunities.
- Refer commercial opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to customer requests.
- Develop knowledge of Odoo and the company’s business software solutions.
Requirements
- Strong interest in business software.
- Motivation to learn new software solutions in detail.
- Good understanding of business processes within small and medium-sized companies.

- Ability to remain effective under pressure.
- Disciplined and accurate administrative working style.
- Professional written and spoken Dutch.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior consultants.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Odoo.
- Basic programming knowledge or a strong interest in programming.
- Basic understanding of accounting.
- Good knowledge of French.
