About the Role
The position is for a Functional Consultant based in Barcelona. This role focuses on understanding business processes, configuring Odoo modules, and guiding clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. The consultant works closely with clients and internal technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while proposing process improvements.
This is a business-oriented position, ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and basic Python knowledge, without requiring full-time programming expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and understand functional requirements
- Configure Odoo modules and participate in system implementations
- Guide clients through the full implementation cycle including meetings, demonstrations, training, and functional support
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions independently
- Collaborate with technical team members to ensure effective solution delivery
Requirements
- Residency in Barcelona or nearby areas (mandatory)
- Knowledge of business processes such as sales, procurement, inventory, and accounting
- Ability to learn quickly and apply functional knowledge effectively
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with end users and team members
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated to contribute
- Basic knowledge of Python is desirable
- Previous Odoo experience is a plus but not required if the candidate demonstrates strong learning capacity
