About the Role
Eezee-it is looking for a Junior Odoo Consultant – Business Analyst to join the team starting in September 2026. The role involves analyzing business processes, configuring Odoo solutions, supporting implementations, and guiding customers throughout different stages of ERP projects. The position includes working on multiple projects across different industries while developing industry-specific expertise.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map business processes to design suitable Odoo solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Functional Architects, Technical Leaders, and developers to ensure project consistency.
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Train key users and support change management activities to encourage successful adoption.
- Monitor solution performance after implementation and recommend continuous improvements.
- Participate in project phases including analysis, design, configuration, training, and post go-live support.
Requirements
- Interest in understanding business processes and translating them into practical solutions.
- Interest in Odoo and ERP systems, or previous experience in this field.
- Familiarity with information systems, including data organization, workflows, access management, and process automation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business, technical, and management teams.
- Proficiency in Dutch and French.
- English language skills are considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, business curiosity, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and grow in an international environment.
