About the Role
The position of Working Student Junior Developer (ERP, Odoo & System Development) is focused on supporting the company’s IT team in maintaining and developing an ERP system based on Odoo. The role combines software development, system architecture, and IT operations, offering exposure to real production environments and business processes.
The candidate works closely with technical and project teams and contributes directly to system improvements and development tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt Odoo modules, including backend and partial frontend tasks.
- Model and optimize business processes within the ERP system, such as project workflows, assembly processes, and appointment scheduling.
- Implement automation and workflow improvements.
- Develop and further enhance internal tools and applications.
- Integrate external systems via APIs.
- Analyze bugs and improve existing system solutions.
- Support the operation and continuous development of the IT and system landscape.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a technical or business-technical study program such as business informatics or engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of fundamental programming logic, including loops and conditional statements.
- Initial experience with SQL or databases.
- Understanding of web applications.
- First experience with Git.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Interest in Linux, Docker, or system operations.
- Logical and structured thinking.
