About the Role
A Manager / ERP Project Manager specializing in Odoo is sought to lead complex ERP implementation projects within a context of strong growth. The role is positioned at the intersection of business and technology and focuses on delivering end-to-end ERP transformation initiatives for clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and define ERP project scope
- Design functional and technical solutions within Odoo
- Lead ERP projects end-to-end, including planning, budget, resources, and risk management
- Coordinate and align stakeholders such as consultants, developers, and clients
- Oversee configuration, development, and integration phases
- Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with client expectations
- Communicate structured and clear project updates to stakeholders
- Support end-user adoption through training, support, and change management
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in client business processes
- Contribute to business development and expansion of client relationships
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management
- Proven experience across full ERP implementation cycles
- Strong knowledge of Odoo and its core modules
- Solid understanding of business processes such as Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Production
- Ability to translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in complex environments
- Autonomous, structured, and accountable working style
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
