About the Role
The Administration des contributions directes is seeking an Odoo Analyst Developer to join a development team responsible for implementing software solutions based on modern technologies.
The developer will contribute to the digitalization and optimization of internal business processes by designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining applications that address complex functional requirements.
The position combines business analysis, software architecture, application development, testing, deployment, and collaboration with internal business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Participate in defining functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define software architecture and technical specifications.
- Design and develop new applications.
- Deploy new software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications.
- Contribute to integration testing.
- Participate in release management.
- Apply clean-code principles and software development best practices.
- Maintain high standards for software quality and security.
- Collaborate closely with internal development teams.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Propose technical solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification corresponding to at least Level 7 of the Luxembourg Qualifications Framework.
- More than 5 years of professional software development experience for the technical profile.
- Excellent Python development skills.
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks.
- Good knowledge of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing ERP solutions using Odoo or an equivalent platform.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Knowledge of software development standards and best practices from design through production.
- Experience using Git or an equivalent version-control system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Structured and methodical working style.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
- Compliance with the language requirements applicable to Luxembourg State employees in the A1 compensation group.
- Citizenship of an EU member state.
