About the Role
digica is seeking an Odoo Business Analyst to analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into effective Odoo solutions.
This is a hands-on role that involves configuring Odoo modules, working directly with stakeholders, and connecting business requirements with the platform’s capabilities. The position may develop into project leadership, solution architecture, or a broader operational role.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh modules.
- Work with modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and CRM, depending on the client’s project scope.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Propose practical and scalable solutions.
- Work with developers on complex customizations.
- Support the testing and rollout of new configurations.
- Provide training related to new Odoo configurations.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to how solutions are developed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Odoo.
- Hands-on experience configuring Odoo Enterprise or Odoo.sh modules.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence working directly with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Proactive and ownership-driven approach.
- Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Fluency in English and at least one national language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo Studio.
- Experience with Python-based Odoo customizations.
- Project management experience.
