About the Role

The Odoo Consultant will play a central role in the implementation of modular and scalable ERP solutions for Ainos clients. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure Odoo modules, support users, and ensure successful project delivery. The consultant will be engaged throughout all project phases — from pre-sales and configuration to training and post-launch support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy optimizing business processes through technology and collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze client business and functional requirements.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and HR.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in testing, acceptance, and production deployment phases.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom developments.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including demonstrations, cost estimations, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure project tracking and client satisfaction throughout delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a functional or technical Odoo Consultant.
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, HR, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python programming and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience in a consulting or ERP integration environment.
• Odoo certification or equivalent expertise is a strong advantage.
